Hands-on demo

Try JobsiteHQ

JobsiteHQ is the jobsite system I built and run on my own remodels. The store, the owner and the trades all see the same live status on the plans. Every punch item has a photo and a spot on the plan, and crews sign in and do their safety paperwork on a kiosk in the trailer.

This is a made-up store with made-up people and some very made-up subcontractors. Click anything, add things, break things. Nothing leaves your browser, and Reset demo puts it all back.

Pick a door

The job site is what the superintendent, the store and the owner use every day. The kiosk is what crews see on the touchscreen in the job trailer.

Things to try

Five minutes is enough to see how a job runs on it.

  1. Open the floor plan and tap 181 Receiving. It is behind schedule and tells you exactly what it is waiting on.
  2. Tap 210 Deli and Bakery (on hold for an owner decision) and 300 Pharmacy (done on the schedule, but punch items are still open, so it is not ready to sign off).
  3. Open the Punch list. Tap a red dot to see the photo. The store added an item that is waiting on the superintendent's OK. Approve it and it goes to the trade.
  4. Use Viewing as at the bottom of the screen to switch to the store manager and leave a comment. Switch back and answer it as the superintendent.
  5. Open the kiosk, tap Clock in / out, pick Royal Flush Plumbing and clock in as Lou Drain. Then try the Safety Orientation and a Safety Meeting in Spanish.

What the colors mean

Every area on the plan carries one status, so nobody has to ask where a room stands.
