Notes
- Came up through the trades, so I know how the work actually gets built. That keeps a budget and a schedule honest.
- Punch lists close because every item has a photo, a spot on the plan and a trade.
- Daily reports, weekly summaries and a three-week lookahead that match what is actually happening on site. No surprises for the owner.
