Ready for the PM seat
PM Work
The project management side of the job I already run as a superintendent, and the software I run it in.
Ready for the PM seat
Project management I already run as a superintendent
Because I came up through the trades, I know how the work actually gets built, and that keeps a budget and a schedule honest. On my jobs I have kept up to 80 subcontractors moving on one schedule, and run restaurant projects solo from mobilization through closeout.
Schedule
Whole-job schedule and a three-week lookahead that matches what is actually happening on site. I built the Excel templates I use.
Buyout
Buyout tickets and subcontractor compliance, kept current in CMiC.
RFIs
RFIs tracked and kept current in the platform the company runs on.
Change orders
Change orders kept current right alongside the owner's schedule.
Owner reporting
Daily reports and weekly summaries. No surprises for the owner.
Closeout
Punch lists with a photo, a spot on the plan and a trade for every item, so nothing sits open at turnover.
